1) What is the difference between EDP, EDT, EDC and Parfum
Perfume types reflect the concentration of aromatic compounds in a solvent, which in fine fragrance is typically ethanol or a mix of water and ethanol. Various sources differ considerably in the definitions of perfume types. The concentration by percent/volume of perfume oil is as follows:
- Eau de Parfum (EdP), Parfum de Toilette (PdT): 10-20% (typical ~15%) aromatic compounds. Sometimes listed as “eau de perfume” or “millésime”.
- Eau de Toilette (EdT): 5-15% (typical ~10%) aromatic compounds
- Eau de Cologne (EdC): Chypre citrus type perfumes with 3-8% (typical ~5%) aromatic compounds
2) Are the perfumes authentic?
Selling or importing counterfeit goods is illegal in Singapore. That said, all the products are purchased directly from authorized distributors from Singapore. We also purchase from the authorized distributors overseas and import after declaring and paying duty.
3) Do you offer volume discount or accept wholesale orders?
Yes we do. For orders more than 300$, you can enjoy 30% discount. And for orders above 2000$, you can enjoy a discount of 50% off the listed price.

4) What are unboxed or Box damaged products?
These are part of the clearance deals which are sold at the fraction of the retail price, As the products may have some aesthetic irregularities during the receipt of the goods from the source however there will in no way affect the overall quality of the product as unboxed are the same as the regular packaged item in terms of the content inside the bottle.
5) Are my details secured?
A: Yes. All the information we ask for when you place your order is essential for us to process your order and keep you up to date on the latest offers available from Scentiments . We do not sell, rent or otherwise pass on any of your details to other parties.
6)How long will perfume last?
If kept in a cool, dark and dry place, perfume should last up to 5 years from when it was opened.
7)Where should I keep perfume?
Perfume should be kept in a cool, dark and dry place. Ensure that the lid is kept on the bottle to avoid the fragrance evaporating.
8)How should I apply perfume?
Perfume can be applied in different ways. It can be dabbed or spritzed onto the pulse points, such as your wrists and neck. You can also spray fragrance into the air and walk through the mist. Or as Coco Chanel said, spray fragrance anywhere you wish to be kissed. Fragrance should not be overwhelming and is designed to be a subtle, pleasant experience.
If you can smell your own fragrance, it has probably been applied too strongly.
9)How will I know when my order has been shipped?
After placing your order, an e-mail confirmation will automatically be sent to you with your unique order number.

An e-mail will also be sent to you when your order has been shipped which will have the date and reference number for your package.
10) Why am I not permitted to purchase more than “X” quantity per item?
The default entry for the products in our website reflects the quantity available in our inventory to make sure that we do not oversell specific items. We also limit the quantity available for purchase to a maximum of 5 units per product. If you want to discuss your unique situation/circumstance, feel free to contact us
11) The product that I would like to purchase is out of stock. When can I expect it to be available again?
It would usually depend on the product you intend to purchase. We recommend that you contact us and quote the product that you wish to purchase. One of our friendly customer service staff will get back to you with a confirmed date of availability.
Alternatively, when a product is out of stock, you can enter your email address on the product page, and you will be notified once that particular product is back in available.
